Princess & Pirates Adventures

Saturday-Sunday, August 22-23

Join us for a magical summer day at Schuster’s Farm! Dress up in royal attire or as a swashbuckling pirate! Enjoy a day of family fun and activities for all!

Visit with three wonderful princesses around the farm from 11am-2pm. Princess visits are included in regular Blooms on the Farm admission. Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm.

The farm is open 10am-sunset, Saturday, 8/22, and 10am–6pm, Sunday, 8/23, so come spend the whole day basking in laid-back summer fun. There will be delicious food and refreshing drinks—including local craft beer, wine slushies, specialty drink flights, brats, soft pretzels, and snacks—available for purchase. In addition to farm food, a taco truck from a local Mexican Restaurant (Gloria’s, El Alegre, or Giumo’s) will be serving Saturday: 11:30am-7:30pm, and Sunday: 11am-3pm.

Reptile Visits 11am-4pm

Join us for a scaly good time with WPS Reptiles on the farm! Get up close and personal with an amazing variety of reptiles—including lizards, snakes, turtles, and tortoises.

Take pictures, ask all your burning questions, and discover the fascinating world of these incredible creatures. Keep your eyes peeled for feeding times—some of our scaly friends just might snack on zinnias straight from the flower fields!

Whether you’re a reptile rookie or a scaled-up expert, this safe and fun experience is perfect for all ages. Come see how wild—and wonderful—our reptile rendezvous can be!

THE CORN CRAWL IS BACK! This beer, wine or mocktail walk was so fun last year, that we just had to do it again! Join us Saturday, September 13th for this one of a kind 21+ evening on the farm!

Choose your favorite beverage category and navigate your way through our 8-acre corn maze to find 5 tasting stations featuring 4 drinks and a fall treat. Then enjoy dinner around a bonfire and some backyard fun! Tickets are on sale NOW. This is a 21+ event only.

Beer or Mocktail Tickets are $47.10 each.
Wine Tickets are $52.10 each.

Tickets include:
4 drink samples featuring Wisconsin brands in the maze
Dinner of brat, hot dog, or vegan sausage, potato chips and coleslaw
One full size drink with dinner
Maze entrance
Bonfire
Backyard activities
Last chance to pick flowers before the fields close for the fall season.

Tickets are limited. Maze entrances tickets are broken up into 15 minute increments between 11:00am-2:00pm and 3:30pm-6:15pm, so be sure to tag your crawling crew and decide your time!

Tim O’Grady, Jr. is an independent, singer-songwriter from rural Southern Wisconsin. He is described by Marc Gratz of Midwest Music and Musings podcast as being “as genuine and humble as the songs he writes. His music speaks to the realities of Midwestern life, because that is the life he lives, the life he knows. He just so happens to be a talented singer-songwriter who can bring those stories to life.”

He has opened for several national and international touring artists and performed at venues like Summerfest (Milwaukee, WI), Bratfest (Madison, WI) The Room (Clinton, WI), Backroom Lounge (Riverton, IL), Roadside Bar & Grill (Nashville, TN) and hundreds more along the way.

There will be pumpkin chucking, pumpkin bowling, and pumpkin destroying! This is the one day of the year that it is okay to smash pumpkins … in fact, it is encouraged!

The farm is open with regular backyard activities and animal visits. (No pig races)

Join us for a special Paint Night on the Farm, where the crisp autumn air, twinkle lights, and warm drinks set the scene for an unforgettable evening.

With your paint kit and easy-to-follow directions, you’ll bring your favorite subject to life, brushstroke by brushstroke —whether it’s our sweet mini donkey, a fluffy Highland calf, whimsical witches, a charming chicken, or a cheering Badger.

We will take a break from painting to  enjoy up-close animal visits with our farm favorites. Then relax into the glow of fall with friends, laughter, and the satisfaction of creating your own masterpiece.
